Our founder, Karen Falcone, isn’t just passionate about this mission — she lived it. With over 30 years in the IT industry, Karen climbed the ranks in a male-dominated field, led global teams, managed high-stakes projects, and mentored countless women along the way. But more than the titles or the milestones, it’s the lived experience of being the only woman in the room, of fighting for equal pay, and of watching potential go untapped — that fuels her commitment to help others break through.
